1. Service
The App is a local map-based trip annotation and checklist tool, provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Lawful use
You must comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. Photography, video recording, and location use must respect others' privacy: surreptitious or hidden filming is strictly prohibited; filming or recording other people's likeness or private activities without their consent is strictly prohibited; capturing or recording in private spaces such as changing rooms, restrooms, and hotel guest rooms, or in restricted places (such as certain venues, military or sensitive areas), is strictly prohibited. The App is intended for use only in appropriate, legally permitted places and within the scope where filming is allowed, and must not be used for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights. You are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from your violation of the above.
3. Map data disclaimer
The App uses Apple's MapKit framework to display maps. Apple MapKit uses Gaode (AutoNavi) map data in mainland China by default, and Apple's native map data in regions outside mainland China. Since mainland China uses the GCJ-02 coordinate system while other regions use WGS-84, the App performs coordinate conversion to avoid location offsets. Please note:
- There may be differences between Gaode maps and Apple's native maps (such as location markers, road information, and POIs). Such differences fall within the scope of the map data providers and are not the responsibility of this App.
- Maps, location, and place-search results are provided by third parties and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The App makes no guarantee about the accuracy or timeliness of map data, and it should not be the sole basis for navigation or emergencies.
- The developer is not responsible for any deviations or losses arising from coordinate conversion, map data differences, or related issues.
4. Data and backup
Your data is stored locally by default; please keep your own backups (export photos/videos, or enable iCloud Backup). The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, system upgrades, misoperation, uninstallation, or similar causes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Updates
Any updates to these terms will be posted within the App; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Paid subscription (Pro)
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription (Pro) to unlock certain premium features, as follows:
- Content and price: Pro monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions are offered. The applicable price is shown on the in-app purchase page and at checkout in the App Store, and may vary by country or region and by promotion; specific amounts are not listed in these terms.
- Free trial: A 3-day free trial may be offered; it automatically converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple will automatically renew at the price then shown.
- Manage and cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in "Settings - Apple Account - Subscriptions" on your iPhone or iPad; after cancellation you may continue to use it until the end of the current period.
- Payment: Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account and processed by Apple (the App Store).
