What are the limitations of the free version?
The free version allows you to create 1 trip, add 10 annotations, take 10 photos and 2 videos. Upgrade to Pro to unlock unlimited trips, annotations, photos and videos.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Open the App, go to "Settings" page, tap "Upgrade to Pro", choose monthly or annual subscription plan. 3-day free trial available.
Will my data be lost?
Data is saved locally on your device by default. We recommend enabling iCloud backup - data will automatically sync to your iCloud account, recoverable even when switching devices.
What languages are supported?
TripPoint Note supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. It automatically switches based on your system language.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone "Settings" → tap your Apple Account name → "Subscriptions" → select TripPoint Note Pro → "Cancel Subscription". You can still use it until the end of the current billing period.
App won't launch or crashes?
Please try: 1) Force close the App and reopen; 2) Restart your device; 3) Check for updates in the App Store. If the issue persists, contact us via email with your device model and iOS version.
iCloud sync failed?
Confirm your device is signed in to Apple ID and iCloud is enabled; check network connection; turn off and re-enable iCloud backup in App settings. If issues persist, contact us.
How to export data?
Currently you can save data via iCloud backup. Photos and videos can be viewed and shared through the in-app media library. CSV export feature coming in future versions.
